Soccer Season Starts

Monday, September 5th, 2005

Ah, alliteration. Don’t you love it. Oops, back to the point of this note. Chris’ soccer season started with a home game against the Waynesville Tigers on Tuesday August 30th. The game was tied 1-1 at the end of the first half but the Falcon’s turned on the jets in the second half and scored four unanswered goals. Chris got the last one on a header from about 8 yards out. I was fortunate to capture it on video. Enjoy!

Haylie's 15th Birthday at Walnut Street Inn

It was a toss up as to whether to label this with Haylie’s entry into High School or to recognize the specific event she was celebrating with her close friends (Kalee, Emily & Amy above). Her dad set the four girls up in the Walnut Street Inn for a Thursday evening before school started. The evening included a trip downtown (about six blocks away) and who knows what other adventures ensued. The next morning included a visit with a photographer to capture this brief moment in time. Raise your hand if you think it goes too fast.
